THE WORST PLACE EVER TO CALL A HOME!!!!!!!….. Thank God me and my family just recently moved a few weeks ago. This place is BUG NATION!!!!! There are bugs EVERYWHERE. You’ve been warn people!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!…I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE… Not only that they also have bed bugs!!!!…The worst part of it all is my kids had to experience this madness every night and I had told the leasing office numerous of times that I need my home sterilize or I need to move into a different building. They never got back to me and the management team are the worst!!!!!…. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. This apartment complex need to be completely shut down it’s not a decent place to live for anyone. I get that it’s cheap but it’s not worth it people. I even had bugs get into my purse and followed me to work, my car and other public places. It’s so sad and ridiculous!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If you do decide to still live here especially after reading this review you must be in a desperate position because this place is not worth it at all. BUGS WILL CRAWL ON YOU AT NIGHT AND THEY WILL TRAVEL WITH YOU EVERY WHERE YOU GO!!!!! Don’t do it

I never rate anything especially when it’s bad, but this is a matter of hospitality and I would like to spear my experience to others . Pros: located in Gaithersburg, a good city. 2 min from the MVA and Marc train. Grocery stores and other shopping centers around in the area. CONS: These apartments have the worst maintenance, when something is broken, they take years to fix it. You get overcharged for fees that don’t make any sense each month. When you make a complaint about something, management will just apologize like it will fix the problem. Roaches and rats reign in their buildings, they will send pets control once in a while after calling multiple times. I called months ago about our fridge leaking , they sent a guy that took a look and said he will come back. Until present , sept 13/2022, the fridge is still leaking . It’s almost a year . Negligence is too much, honestly ! Let’s talk parking: usually in other communities parking are assigned to residents, here you gotta pay extra fees for the parking and not for a reservation. If you want a reserved spot , gotta pay extra monthly. The leasing office will wash their hands and say they don’t have anything to do with parking matters . My car got towed 2 times and had to pay $180 to get it back . The leasing office didn’t even move their fingers to help with this parking situation. First, they claimed that I didn’t register my car online and the second time, they said it was a reserved spot ( it didn’t even say reserved). Well, I could say a whole lot but this is just to give you an idea, if the management team is reading this , it’s not with a bad intention that I’m writing this review but it’s a call to action, you gotta change the situation. People will always come and rent but that is until they find out about these issues. Try to have residents not customers that come and go.

This Community it's by far the worse I moved in on 16th july and it's so bad AC not working, fridge is broken, cabinets old and everything it's so old. and broken down. and to top it off filled with roaches and they still haven't done anything about it and now i have to go to a hotel due to the apt it's so hot. They demand the money on the 1st and they honestly don't do anything no parking reservations and now i have to take matters in my hand and report them due to them not doing what's supposed to be done before someone moves in! DO NOT RECOMMEND The Gateway to NO ONE Very Bad and poor taken care of Maintenance issues too it off they Charge so Much Rent for So Little attention to the property and so much crime going on near by
