Your suppose to be able to address a Supreme Court judge, but some areas in USA doesn't work. These judges have protection with police force and security, but yet you request to sit down for a simple financial matter their not around. The police force is so questionable anymore, I asked to settle things with a simple matter and was robbed, tortured.
