There are not many people, but there are not many windows, and it takes about 2 hours to wait. Their business ability needs to be further improved, and their work efficiency is low. There is also no relevant business guide in the lobby, such as what documents need to be prepared for any business, such as passport, green card, social security card and driver's license, etc. Otherwise, many newcomers will waste a lot of time and the resources of the office staff. And time, I hope to further improve the service level and quality, because this is a government department, and it is the taxpayer's money that supports the government department.
