No information for dual citizenship on the site if your mother was a Filipino Citizen during your birth in the United States. The site only covers those that were naturalized but born in the Philippines. Can I become a dual citizen? Requirements?

First,where in the US were you born. Then, you have get a copy of your birth certificate and present it ti the closest consulate and get papers from them. It is not on the website. You have to go in person to the consulate.
