my sister is a u.s citizen and she live in Austin texas.my sister is applying for permanent resident in Canada. in application for permanent resident, is required of a police clearance. is my sister will be able to get a police clearance.

If she needs an NBI clearance, have her go to the Houston Philippine Consulate. But I too believe she should get the clearances from here since she is a U.S. citizen...

Shouldn't that be addressed via the Canadian system/Canadia Consulate or Embassy. I don't think anything from the Philippine Consulate would be needed since she is a U.S. citizen living in the U.S. moving to Canada.
