My sister died here in the US and her body was flown out to the Philippines for burial. Before flying out, a representative from the Consulate came and did all the necessary documentations, sealing etc. Do you keep a copy of Death Certificate.

Big question is when did it happen? It all depends on how many years of documents the consulate keeps for record... visit the consulate and ask?
