I have been trying for more than 6 months EVERY Friday 6 pm and only the legend not available appears and it denies me access. Going personally is a waste of time because they only attend by appointment and they send you to do it online.

You are correct, appointments for powers of attorney are only made through the page described in the notarial services section. They only open on Fridays at 6pm. Keep trying.
