The reason it gets 5 stars is because the customer service was amazing Went here today dealt with Kim who is lovely who helped Me out and was so sweet the issues I have is I had no idea that the passport fees went up and the website is outdated and no information about the new fees I think this need to be addressed immediately thankyou especially for the vincys who are renewing and first time applications.

I called to ask about passport here. They charge $180 USD... $482 in their money. Ridculous! One of the most expensive for a smaller Caribbean country

Is the passport expired? If it is , buy your ticket then go to the consulate about 2 or 3 days before u travel. U get the emergency passport right away. Take a copy of your flight confirmation, 2 passport pics, old passport. I just went for my grandmother's funeral in August. Just call and explain your situation if you're still not sure. Condolences to u and your family!
Yes I think you can get a new passport because of the name change . You can also call the consultant before going ahead . Hope this was helpful.
Passport forms are available. But The form is completed and signed there at the office. They dont allow you to take passport forms home.
You need two passport pictures birthday paper, go to the embassy on 801 2nd av , and fill out a passport application , 1-2 weeks you will have a passport.
