Editing my earlier one star review to four star (still keeping one due to Abtran). The staff is really helpful. Although getting visa updates from Abtran is painful, communication via their email is effective and I found the staff to be considerate and respectful. I reached out to them and they were very responsive. Definitely five star if they fix Abtran. Previous review: No way to get visa status updates. Consulate asks us to contact Abtran which charges $2.99/min + tax and keeps you on hold forever without providing estimated hold time. What a rip off!! Irish Consulate: you can do better …

Had the worse experience on greeting a visa, still haven’t heard back 3 weeks after submitting my PASSPORT and all the documents it required. Try to email and call the consulate, and went straight to mail box, and also tried to contact the abtran office that charges 2.99 per minute, and after entering my credit card there is no one picking the phone! Ridiculous

Super friendly and warm staff. I called about my visa application and they were so patient with my questions. Thank you!

Does a Panamanian citizen with permanent residence in the United States require a visa for a visit on a cruise

According to passportindex.org a Panamanian citizen can go to Ireland visa-free. Of course, you can only stay for a certain amount of time but that is not specified on the website.
