You have to either call or go online to make an appointment once you do that those guards can't say anything
Unprofessional a set of guard dogs that guards the lobby to keep people from taking care of very important business there's a way to conduct business bullying and disrespect is not the way to handle business they conduct themselves as if they are on the street like they are handling there business making things personal about them not trying to help you to take care of your business worthless
Sadly no and idk why but only certain situations eg. for children and first time issued passport applications and certain special situations if needed by the consulate you go in by appointment by their discretion. Other than that everything is done by email and postal only unfortunately.
