Agree I’ve called and sent 4 email and still no reply , I ended up leaving a message today and not even to the right provider I had to choose someone else because they passport extension never answers and don’t give me the option to leave a message , now my dad is in the hospital and they have all my paperwork and old passport , I’m going in tomorrow but pretty sure I’ll get the run around because they treat us like minions and not important and always have an attitude
They have telephone queries and info from 8am and when you call no one answers...waste of time. And when you go and don't have the proper documents they send you on your way...smdh why have telephone service then
