Driver of a public shuttle bus isn't going to e3dit for one person, especially since they have hourly buses.
Exactly. I experienced the same thing. I had my uber followed the bus to make a stop which was right infront Manhattan tunnel.
You can try and call the office but they might tell you the driver isn't going to wait more then 5mins
