I just called and I had to hang up the person who answered could not be heard clearly. My device sound is on high therefore it’s the agent device that’s faulty. I just wanted to know if they had a location in Brooklyn and what other stops they have? Florida I used Greyhound but not anymore because they got 100% worst from EVERY DEPARTMENT INCLUDING THE ADA FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
