Call them they have great customer service.
For any question, be it silly or complex u feel, call the customer care. They will help you for sure. I wasted time thinking a lot for many queries and finally called the customer care.
You can create a new application on goverment website and then link that later with cox and king application...i created multiple without any issues..
Can you check your old email? In case you cannot track it, you can always restart the process and get a new temporary ID. This temporary ID will be later connected with your CKGS reference #.
