The work is arduous for old men!!can't they take in person application for seniors??must consider this!!
You will have option to print/download all the relevant forms as you follow the steps. Half way thru it will give you the link to indian consulate website and you have to fill in and download "OCI registration form" there.
Follow the instructions on the website. The form is online and submitted electronically. You need a printout of the confirmation number/ barcode.
