The guy at the desk was very friendly. But the car was filthy!! Inside and out. The outside condition was kinda embarrassing. The inside definitely didn't look sanitized at all. Nice Camaro convertible but ridiculous dirty.
You can have it removed. Any charges are usually highlighted to ensure you agree with what your being charged. If it is not highlighted or signed that makes it fair game and disputable. Always good to take care as soon as possible. Best to do it in person. Hope this helps
