I don't think you can. I think anything after 12 and before 4am is closed. We had a 540am flight and had to wait outside Hertz gate till 4am to return rental. Maybe they have alternatives for you. I'd call asap.
If you have a reservation at that time I m sure there will be someone there to serve you
