Yes, you should be able to, but better to call Hertz to check for after-hours for your specific Hertz pickup location. I had the same situation few weeks ago. My flight was arriving at 11:55pm at the RSW airport in Florida, with Hertz closing at midnight. I called Hertz to confirm if I will still be able to get my car, which they did confirmed I should be okay. They had my flight info and they said they will check flight status and wait for me if needed. They indicated that if I don't find anyone in the front desk to go and look for a staff member at the Hertz parking area. I ended up at Hertz about 15mins after midnight (I was rushing to), service desk staff was still there, there were still several other customers in line behind me, no issues at all, overall very good experience at that location.
