I would like to make an appointment for tueday. Do you have any openings and what is the cost procedure. Is it cash for all or so we used a card for the state fee.
Our total office fee is $100, that includes the Doctors and processing. The state fee is $150, unless you have proof of SNAP benefits, then it is $75 to the state.
