I was referred to Dr. Scott Hatfield by my co worker this morning (Baseline). She bragged about how great the service and staff are. I called to schedule my husbands appointment and was so disappointed! Is there an office Manager I could speak with?

We've been going to Dr Scott for over 7 years and he's great. I also love his new Nurse Practioner Tracy. I've noticed they have some new staff so hopefully things will get better. We had a mix-up with a prescription that wad sent to the wrong mail order pharmacy but I got it corrected. Please give them a chance. You won't be disappointed in the quality of care.

You would have to call and talk to one. And yes, they make you hold for a long time usually.
