This review is for the Mesa location. This place is literally playing with people's lives especially since they have mental illness and may not be able to just move on. I came here for Ketamine infusions and they also recommended TMS which I agreed to as well. After my initial consultation I felt like just a number. I could never get a hold of anyone and had to leave a message on multiple occasions with never a return call. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the first Ketamine infusion and was told that the Ketamine supervisor would contact me.....never happened. After 15-18 treatments of daily TMS I felt like not only was it not helping but it was making my depression worse. I called to express this. Once again could only leave a message and got no call back. So incredibly unprofessional especially when I expressed negative results. The only reason I give two stars is because the staff when I was there was friendly but seemed very surface level.
