I am not happy with the service I get , the doctor spent less than 2 minutes then I got a bill that charged me extra for coming after 5 , their working hours is till 8 pm besides no one told me that when I booked , I personally wouldn't recommend them at all

Took my 7yo daughter in for pink eye last night (called and made the appt, not walk in) they were also going to swab her for strep but my daughter was freaking out over this due to a bad experience with a banner urgent care. My daughter ended up touching around her infected eye from crying and the NP made a big deal about her ending up with it in the other eye if she touched it without washing hands (my daughter was doing a great job washing her hands all night before the appt and trying to avoid infecting the clean eye) Literally 2 seconds later this NP grabs paper towels and wipes the goopy tears from my daughter's infected eye then immediately wiped the clean eye!! I was absolutely furious!! My daughter has been doing everything to avoid this. This careless NP Cara Harris seemed more worried about her appearance than her 7 yo patient. She didn't even send the prescription for the eye drops to the pharmacy correctly if even at all because the pharmacy had nothing! I called my Dr Now and the kind woman, Mary Jane kept me on hold while calling the pharmacy to find out what info they needed then calling the clinic to make sure they sent it over properly and kept me updated the whole time! So greatful for this amazing lady, thank you!! We need more Mary Jane's in this world!
