my check in was okay the person checking me in was friendly but when it came to my test that person was harsh and seemed bothered if I needed her to repeat her instructions. she was wearing a mask and didn't speak clearly and would turn her back to me while speaking. it was hard to hear/understand what she was saying. she came across as rude

The entire staff was very nice and I was taken care of right away without waiting. My only complaint would be the lack of any information regarding the MRI I was about to be put into. I had no idea how long I would be in there or how loud and persistent the noise would be, thinking it must be over any min was the hardest part. I can see how this process can be traumatizing but knowing what to expect would have definitely helped.

Customer service agents very nice but the 1.5 wait for an exray was unacceptable. Start taking appointments!!! Our time is valuable too.
