WMR 2015
My husband needed an x-ray for an upcoming appointment. I called yesterday and they said there was an appointment available same day. We went in and my husband had to stand at the check in desk for at least 5 minutes, then we sat and sat and sat. We literally watched the waiting area go from full to empty. My husband went up to ask how much longer it was going to be and was told “Well we’re running behind.” No kidding. I understand other imaging tests are being done; however, why would x-rays be basically pushed to the lowest priority? As these are fairly quick tests get them done and gone. It was also extremely annoying to listen to the registration staff laugh and carry on very loudly, we got to hear the discussion about what was for lunch and who was going to get it. I should have put my order in as well. While they were laughing and chatting I watched quite a few people be ignored. When he was finally called back I thought “This shouldn’t take long.” Well I was wrong. Not only did a simple knee x-ray take more time than it should have, the tech was beyond rude. I know it had to be very bad because it takes a lot to annoy my husband. So if you want to wait over an hour past your appointment time then be treated disrespectfully SMIL is the place to go.

I never have anything but good things to say about SMIL. I have had multiple imaging tests done with them in the last three years, a few at this location and a few at another. Everyone is always nice, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere also feels far less clinical than other imaging facilities, which I appreciate. I always choose them when my doctors ask where I'd like my order sent.

Depends on your procedure. Call and ask. They are always helpful.
The owner is always correct. I have been to this place. The staff is really helping and amazing. Good service
