Its great because they don't raise the rent, the property is kept neat for the most part, and maintenance responds quickly. The worst part is the property manager's attitude. She can get REALLY nasty for little to no reason; very entitled demeanor. The rental staff in general can be nice but does the absolute bare minimum and there is never any community engagement or events or anything whatsoever to make this feel like a community even though people tend to live here for a long time. The playground spaces need some upkeep or makeover. Other amenities were either taken away without explanation or left in disrepair and unusable. It makes the staff seem a bit lazy and unmotivated, but I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of potential lost here, but decent, clean and quiet place to live overall.

This apartment complex has very ignorant management system, they are so poor to handle clients case.

Maintenance comes into your place whenever they feel like it and the property manager just lets it happen!!! I can’t wait to move out!!!

This community is the best kept secret on the east side. It's well maintained, the rent is reasonable and the staff are very pleasant and prompt! Fyi, they always have a waitlist here, so if you're interested go into the office and apply. I worked with the younger black lady( I forgot her name) that's there on the weekend and she's amazing! I'm telling all my friends about this place.
