i want to give a shout out to(Que)one of the managers at the leasing office. we have been battling some issues with our townhome for some time now and he has worked hard at getting our needs met. also the capital management group (frits and kenny and a few others) for the company has done a great job cleaning up the trashy work the previous and or current maintenance team has done, thanks guys

This apartment complex gave me the round about for a while saying my apartment wasn't ready. Giving excuses on why I couldn't move in than gave me an option to not move in and they would refund me my money. I decided to stay at my currently since I didn't have much time to look elsewhere. They never refunded the money and just ignored any time I tried to contact them. This place is just a scam in my opinion.

Don't move here. The rental office workers are extremely rude , especially Niki. There are lousy neighbors mice and roaches. Every month I have considered terminating my lease early (not up until Feb 2019), they won't fix anything in your unit if its broken. Save your money, move somewhere else!
None of the washers ever work and the dryers take more than the 60 mins given
