My kitchen sink is dropping water for a month no one came to fix it and I request to renew my contract for two weeks still they are saying they are busy. The service the have is the most dreadful service. I don't know what to say. Their service downgraded from bad to worse.

Don’t move here unless this is your last option! Management is a joke - now it’s office hours by appointment only but they don’t answer the phone and voicemail is almost always full so good luck with that. Good luck getting anything fixed. The door to the building is always unlocked and the intercom doesn’t even work so that’s a lie on their website as well as updates. I could go on but you get the point!
