I moved to this apartment almost a year ago and so far I have requested 2 times a maintenance service , the 1st one was to fix my cooking oven, it was about 8 months ago , but I had to wait more than 3 weeks to get my oven fixed, and the 2nd request I made was about a 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting, it's about the draining of my shower tub, so the most funny thing @ this property is always when I request service, they tell me they don't have maintenance!! So they are running this apartment without maintenance !!!

Very bad place to stay, not suitable for rest, insects... noise... and poor services.... I can't believe I spent a whole year there... I left housing... before the contract expired.... I advise you to stay away

Great location being 10 mins from downtown Columbus. The staff works with you and the elevator in the building is terrific on the days you are carrying too much. Repairs are done within 2 business days if not 24 hours. There are also a lot of food options within a 5 min drive.

Affordable. However, this place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Roaches in the hallways hallways, roaches in the laundry room, roaches in your bedroom. Someone does come in and sprays for bugs, but it's never enough. The women in the office are moody sometimes. There was one point where one of them asked me to "change my review if I liked residing there". Lol. You get what you pay for I guess. If you can, try not to rent from this establishment.
