The team over there is nice but the service is problematic. I rent an Apartment from them since I came in I submitted an order to get the doors and the AC fixed , nothing has been done for more than 4 months. And they’re always ready to send you a three days notice.

Yes an infestation of mice in the apartments
Yes you have to pay water also but please do your self a favor and look elsewhere these apartments are very very nasty roaches and mice and it takes months to get anything fixed half the people heat dont work it's not worth it!!!!!!!

Since new management has showed up they make us take everything out of our cabinets and they come spray and I’ve been here for a year and a half almost and they just started this last month
I suggest you find another apartment complex
