This is not the first time, but I made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change and inspection. It's currently 2:06pm and my vehicle is still sitting in the Entryway where I left it. What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to begin working on the vehicle? Like I said, this is NOT the first time for this. Frustrating and unprofessional. I'll go somewhere else next time. I also had this experience in November 2021 -- 9am appointment for a simple oil change. My vehicle did not leave the entryway until 10:20am. Fall of 2017 - I needed 4 tires for my vehicle so called to see if tires were available. Technician assured me that 4 were in stock so I made an appointment for the next day at 9am. When I arrived at 8:50am on the day of my appointment, was told tires were no longer there. Waited for 3 hours before they were returned. They had been sent out due to an "error". I've been a customer of Ray Price for 25 years but I am likely never to return.

I have been with Ford for nearly a decade and was in a current lease with another Ford dealership. I was driving by and saw a Ford Explorer in the showroom and decided to give them a call. I was assigned to Troy, who is a fantastic salesman - patient, knowledgeable and super attentive. I stopped in the next day and within the hour we worked out a deal. It took roughly another hour to get the bank stuff ironed out, but the deal was done! Two days later, I came in to sign and pick up my new truck - with a red carpet rolled out in front of it! It was such a nice touch from a very considerate and hardworking team!! From the front desk receptionist who routed my call to our incredible salesman Troy to finance manager - it was a seamless and painless process! Thank you all so very much, you were a pleasure to work with!

I walked into Ray Price Ford Wednesday May 25th looking for a Ford Edge. I spoke with Juan Adams who was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I drove my new Ford Edge home 2 days later! Needed inspection and oil change - ended up needing tires and the prices seemed great (and I check tirerack a lot). Very happy with the service and the girl working the check-in desk is great - very helpful and friendly and who doesn't love a girl that knows cars. I was impressed.
