A few days ago I had a bad experience with one of the female cashiers. (Her name is NORMA) Among other things, I had a pack of bottles of water in the market cart, the cashier said something, but I didn't listen to her well, I told her, sorry, what did you say? she yelling at me told me; : WHAT KIND OF WATER DO YOU HAVE!!?", I told her to have more education and not to yell at me, she replied that I should have the education to answer. I only told her that I had not listened to her and you need a good customer service orientation. When she gave me my change she threw it at me. I went to look for the manager and presented my complaint. NORMA, if you don't like your job, find another one, the clients don't have to pay for your bitterness.
