Customer service at the shipping area is horrific. The girl should not work with the public. she is nasty and unfriendly. Her line of work should not be working with the public in any capacity! If i could have given her a big fat 0 i would. Both in the store and on the phone, she was horribly nasty!

Both employees were not wearing masks properly - one had it under her nose and the other had it in his chin. ( I have pictures to prove it) As I was called to the window I asked him to fix his mask - he rolled his eyes and lifted it but below his nose I stood more than 6 ft away from the counter after I dropped my paperwork there and only approached to sign. All customers had well fixed masks and were distancing -signs were posted to wear masks. The whole thing disgusted me - I had to go in bc I was not able to do what I needed to do online.
