I am not a tenant yet, but I really hope to move up the waiting list quickly! I saw a couple of bad reviews about Tammy, who works in the rental office. But from my perspective, Tammy is great! I love her energy and personality. She made me feel comfortable and confident that business will be handled in a timely manner. She seems to be a very honest and real person. I look forward to living in Courtyards of Kimberly. Thanks Tammy!

Kimberly apartments are the best I’ve ever lived in! Great service, great maintenance, and best of all the black lady in their office. she awesome, very helpful and kind... thank god for bringing me at their complexes

I started my second year back in June, and I could not be happier with the complex and the staff. Everyone is so polite and friendly! They have been so lenient with rent due to Covid and it's been amazing. The apartments are small, but cozy and very well maintained for the most part. The only ding I can give is the infrastructure of the buildings is starting to decline. I have a crack in the brick wall that leaks when it rains too much and my sink starts backing up into my tub every couple months. Maintenance is quick to fix the problem but it's existence is still a nuisance. Overall, I would highly recommend living here! Rent is cheap due to a friendly, local, private owner who doesn't jack prices for "competitive rates". It speaks nothing of the quality of the apartments.

I lived here 5 years. Never gave many issues. And when deciding i had to leave for my safety due to a bad relationship the management was horrible. The two ladies who run the place have horrible customer service. They dont care about their resident's in an way. They are rude and beyond disrespectful. The neighborhood in apartment themselves isnt the best but it for 5 years I was decently happy it wasn't until I decided to leave and had to deal with those women that I had the hardest time.
