Sorry that has not been my experience this week. Past tense I calling somebody answer for the last 5 days I get on hold or the phone says your number 24. So then I push the button for them to return my call and it's day number four or five and I still have not received the call still have not talked to my doctor so I have to go in and see somebody new and hope it goes well. What the hell am I paying these people for I'm not I'm done

I have never had that issue either. If you just stop in they will always see you.

I've never had an issue like that. I have found that it's best to make an appointment if I want to ask questions etc.
