I've tried to call precisely 23 times today. I am near crisis mode and I cannot get anyone to freaking answer their phone. Not the min number, not my case manager, not any extension, I even tried to call a different copa location. Seriously you guys work with SMI patients, there should not be this kind of lackluster response to 23 missed calls. Twenty effing three. Get it together.

I needed to get back into therapy so I called up copa health since that’s where I was before and I loved my experience. They told me my case manager is here, Partners in recovery gateway. I have called…. Over and over again for almost 2 weeks now. No one has called me back to set up an intake or anything. I’ve left multiple messages and haven’t heard a word. It’s extremely disappointing. I think I will look elsewhere.

Give been a client fore years now I believe and they all Care and look out for me pretty much. Kevin my case worker and his team along with Christina the housing specialist are really pulling and trying to get me a nice affordable place to live. Give given them all a lot of shot and a hard time many times over and over. I have PTSD AND ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION BADLY. I WAS A Lt. IN THE ARMY SO IM A TOUGH ONE ON TIMES SCHEDULES AND THE FACT ....I DONT HAVE EXCUSES SO YOU BETTER NOT EITHER. ITS JUST MY WAY. THEY RESPECT THAT AND ME AND I RESPECT THEM. THE ONLY PROBLEM SOMETIMES VEYO OR MY TRANSPORT DOES NOT SHOW UP. REPEATEDLY IT HAPPENS. NOT KEVIN OR THE CLINICS FAULT. NO I FOUND OUT ITS THE DISPATCH AT VEYOAND THE OTHER TRANSPORT SERVICES. PIR. GETS 100% GRADE FROM ME. REMEMBER.....WE ALL JUST HUMAN. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES AND DONT LIKE IT......I DO TOO. BUT IT EATS ME ALIVE BEING AN EX MILITARY SOLDIER. 11 BRAVO / DELTA !

you can call and ask to speak or email Wanda, one of the program managers as far as I know. You need a caseworker before you can reach out to figure out your transportation, but generally they use Comtrams
Unless she is a danger to herself or others there's not much u can do. Is assuming she is a adult . Getting a court order is a very huge process be u have to prove things. As I said the has to be a danger .. the cops even let it go so it may not get very far. I reported a friend and all they did was ask her if she wasn't taking her meds she denied it and they dropped it... It's frustrating to see that I know but u can't force someone. I urge u to go talk to a professional if u r really that concerned. They can guide u in the proper direction on this..
I can't seem to get anyone to answer me on this either. I've called the front desk twice and they have no idea so they patched me through to my case manager and she said she had no idea and then was supposed to get back to me and never did. At this point I wonder if the patient portal is fake lol.
