I was over weight, feeling blah and not myself. I had tried for a couple years to loose weight, I was eating good for you food and working out 5-6 times per week but could only ever loose 10lbs. When I starting seeing Dr. Kasey, I laid it all out on the line told him everything that was feeling wrong with me. He ordered blood work, we did a food allergy (blood) test and hormone test and he could tell me exactly what I needed. I’ve been going by all his recommendations and stopped eating the foods I react poorly too and have now lost over 50lbs.
