Staff were very polite and efficient during my first appointment there. They called and left a voicemail about a test I needed and provided a call back #. No one answers that number, ever. Tried 3 times and it rings endlessly for 3 minutes or so then the system disconnects the call. Sad. I tried the portal site to send a message, perhaps that will work. Slow on prescriptions too. Hope things improve, if they do not I'll mention the poor quality of service to my primary Dr and suggest they find a better practice for referrals. UPATE: TriCity did get back to me and cleared up the issues with the prescription that was not sent in. Not sure what the deal is with their phone system. I plan to use the portal instead to the extent possible. It is evident that they are trying to address patient complaints, kudos for that.
