Just let the management know, they're usually understandable

Go into the office and ask for the property manager. Just be calm and nice about it and they will find the property line for you. They have been great about trimming the huge oak that drops limbs on our lot! Ask for a maintenance guy to come out with you. They will send a notice to the neighbor.
