Well for starters when we first moved in back in September of 2021 the management staff who was then john was awesome. After he left and management fell to the old manager of south fork I knew we were going to have so called violations. Marissa is a terrible manager I do not recommend moving here. Picks and chooses who she wants to hand out violations to.

Idk if there is a two bedroom but 3 bedroom 1 bath your looking in the range of 900 to 1200 a month not including your electric but water and trash are allocated in with rent

They only have Mobile homes here. Travel trailers are not allowed.
