Look into bluestem low income housing, a waitlist is suppose to open tommorow for permanant supportive housing in lombard and villapark, look into trinity they built a new building in northlake il
Section 8 have the low income housing they should be able to help you.... You can also go to the shelter they will help you very fast.... Sorry that your sister is putting you out on the streets like that.... Pray about it. God will not put more on you that you can't handle. God blessed you.
