While some Housing Authorities may, DuPage Housing Authority does not have an age requirement to apply for the Housing Choice Voucher Program or to occupy a position on the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list. Eligibility is determined after selection from the list and at that time you must be at least of the age of consent, and can legally sign a lease agreement with a landlord.
