We are accepting port ins. It's hard to say what 3 bedroom payment standard is because each town in dupage has it's own payment standard.
Call the Housing Association in DuPage or Will County and ask for Randy Ridgeway or one of the associate operation managers of the business they can tell you. Also the web page has information about Port abilities
