Do you pick up/pack ? I shipped a box to a location near you [just down the street]and it arrived trashed. I need to have it picked up and boxed since the one it was supposed to be put in is now junk thanks to your careless drivers.

I believe you will need to call 1800 PICK UPS and they should have someone pick up the package.
