Ups has a bad service. I have deliver that need a Signature but no one was at home and the driver say someone signed. Now my iPhone is lost or stolen, they need to take a picture of there delivery and who Receive it.

Lady's if you'll reading this ,if you'll have fatehrs of you'll children working here,,and is suppose to be receiving CHILDSUPPORT and is not getting it ,thats because somebody in HR is helping them,,I know for a fact this just happened to somebody I know last week ,they waiting on a payment, and CHILDSUPPORT office told them they received a letter stating he no longer works there,,they lying for them ,,I don't know if it's the union are what ,,but they have gotten the police involved and detectives

This driver I definitely don’t recommend Really bad service my packet don’t arrived on time. I don’t want people like him on the truck doing deliveries Please don’t mess up with my packets And change the person on my area I don’t need lasy people And liars. was a tall dark-haired man with a little height. apparently he does not care about me and manifests himself as an accomplice of the other. they give suspicion of stealing or opening the packages

I have tried to reach someone for 3 days. My package is at UPS location in Mesquite and my email and text keep stating incorrect address. I tried to correct the address and cannot. I need to talk to someone at the facility please.

If your calling this actual location, call back , a call could have easily been dropped by mistake as they tend to stay busy at this location. But try calling again, and if you just had a bad interaction with your last rep, just ask to speak to their manager. Surely they can help you resolve your issue, managers here are pretty attentive.

I would call UPS , there should be a contact number on the same website you are using to track it. Look for something that says Contact Us
The customer service counter is open from 7 a.m. till 7:30 p.m. HR is open from 8 a.m. until 6 pm. Although they hire around the clock for different positions with an appointment. The Hub is 24 hours but not accessible to the public.
