Best way is to go to the location in person during hours of operation. But I've called at this specific location and I had a person answer and not an automated machine.

After nearly 5 minutes of complete aggravation, and a denial of allowing a human being on the line and a hang up, second call, they finally allowed me to hold for an agent. Ridiculous.
