I normally don't wright reviews .but I look at reviews all the time.which is why I need to defend the club that I play at all the time.when making a tee time today I read some new reviews and seen 3 negative reviews in a row .They couldn't be further from the truth.The Marshall's are what makes mesquite a great place to play.The number one complaint at most golf courses is pace of play.I play as a single alot and get paired with all kind of golfers skill levels and ethnic backgrounds and I've never seen a problem in 10 plus yrs of playing here.Sorry for the length of review but it needed to be told for people like me who read reviews.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst golf club I’ve ever been to. 13 minutes in to hole one with a 4 squad (on the green with 2 players finishing their putt) the marshal comes to tell us we’re moving to slow and we needed to leave. 13 minutes in!!!! Marshal said “we play 4 hour rounds” well if you do the math that’s 13.33 minutes per hole stupid. With one guy that had never played golf before. Awful experience especially for the new guy. These guys are not understanding at all and give off racist vibes. They should post pros only cause they obviously don’t want any new golfers or even amateurs there. Go to Tenison or keeton instead, they’re better kept anyways and have way better service.

Not even last hole 1 we were told to either start skipping holes or to get refunded to leave because we were “too slow” on Hole 1. Keep in mind we have a new player and a tag along with us to make a group of 4. Id understand if it was a few more holes that we were taking a bit on but out of all the golf clubs I have been to, never has this been an issue. Very poor professional and not beginner friendly for others looking to get involved in the sport, will not recommend.
