Worse Furniture Customer Service Ever. We bought some End Tables and drove from Fate, TX to Grand Prairie, TX to pick them up. Got the two boxes home and opened them up and the top of one of the end table looks like termites or ants had eaten into the wood. There is actually 18 holes in the top surface of the End Table. I called the distribution center and a manager by the name of Rob refused to exchange the table. He says that I excepted it and he was not responsible. I stated that I excepted a boxed item with undisclosed damages. Now no one is answering at the Mesquite, TX Store where I purchased the tables.

Great store. Our salesperson, Michael, was great. Took time with us, measured, researched. And didn’t lay on the heavy sales pressure. Attractive items in store, great prices. I’ll definitely be back again.

Our salesman was A number one! Loved him and very efficient and professional! As far as trying to set up a delivery, I would give them a zero. Total confusion on their part. I have tried to call delivery service several times. Everytime the phone connection is sketchy and breaks up all the time. I can not understand what they are saying. One day the delivery was set for Friday. Then they called our second phone number and set it up for Saturday. We have no idea what is going on. Tried to call the actual store. That was a waste of my time. Kept getting cut off.

I feel very annoyed with the furniture store Ashley here I explain why... I made an order and I don't know what happens with these furniture stores I have been buying things here for years but lately everything is delivered wrong or incomplete I called to cancel my order it was a frame of bed and did not bring screws to put it together where such a thing has been seen because when I knew that it would be delivered to me, I took everything out of my bedroom and waited for the new bed because now I am practically sleeping on the floor I spoke and they told me that it cannot be canceled and that yes I want the screws, they will take 7 to 10 days 😠😠 I mean, you have to wait for them to arrive or change it and do what they want when the fault is not yours but theirs, I told the woman that I wanted to talk to her supervisor supervisor and he told me that he would tell me the same thing here I am still waiting for an answer I have been waiting on line for more than 50 minutes...The supposed supervisor named ANA answered me that no matter how much I asked for her full name, she never wanted to give it to me...which is what they don't want to be reported to or because they are afraid of it, she sent me to the store where they will surely give me say I have to talk on the phone and so on until you get tired and do what they want NO more shopping in these stores NO ASHLEY stay away from this store....

Didn't have to wear a mask... The salespeople are very comfortable with getting and staying within 6 feet of you for long stretches. Almost felt normal again!
They might be cautious due to protest. They could be busy, due to lack of showroom sales rep.
The morning shift arrives at 9 and leaves around 6. The afternoon shift arrives at 1 and leaves at 9.
We've purchased from him as well, and nothing has been right. I wouldn't use them again.
