I have a new pet shitsue and would like to bring in to check coughing and sneezing I only get a check once a month little funds can I pls get some help with pet pls

I'm not sure if you are asking for help with funds for pet or if you are asking if the SPCA will help you. I would call a rescue for the breed you have, they may be able to give guidance. If you are asking if the SPCA will help, then Miranda is correct, call them and ask the veterinary folks for options.
