I'm in a situation where I cannot take care of my dog at the moment and I was just going there to see if they would foster our dog for us or if they knew of places we could go to that would foster our dog for a year. The older lady at the front was not trying to help us and was very rude. We asked if she knew of places we could go to or anybody who could help and she said no. Try Facebook. Facebook, really? Not sure why people have to be rude. We were just looking for help. Don't bother bringing your animals there they are full and not taking animals.

Fantastic location and amazing, caring staff! Adopting was a breeze, the staff was super knowledgeable and explanatory, and the total cost for a kitty was well below what it would cost for things like shots, getting fixed, etc. on their own individually. 5/5 highly recommend!

The cats are well taken care of, areas are clean, and plenty of space for them. I really recommend anyone to adopt one of their adult cats. Some of them are very playful and friendly, but evens the ones that aren't deserve a chance. Some of the best cats I have ever had are the shy ones that eventually come out of their shell.

Overall it is a nice place but the adoption fee here is $200 per pet, so if you don't have that kind of money I suggest you go to other places that may have pets for a reduced price or free for adoption. Dallas animal services currently has free adoptions for all adoptable pets

I got 8 that need to go today, like right now. Healthy, Loyal, friendly and playful
No
I honestly don't know.
Do you still have them and where do you live
Need small malties ground up not more than 5 pounds
You need to contact them and ask
Better than the street, but the cats sometimes fight and some has wounds from fighting. Maybe a handful of the 50 cats they had. Better than the street where they could get run over or picked up by crazy people and abused or killed.
Dog and kitty city on Denton drive will more than likely take them in for you . Thank you for trying to be a responsible pet owner.
Dog and kitty city on Denton drive in Dallas will take them if they are not totally over run with cats, they are a no kill shelter and good one.
You need to call the city of Dallas.
Not right now but we get animals in very often and their adopted quick.i would suggest checking again in about a week.
Let me check space at our shelter
Actually. If you call 311 the city will pick up
We do. But it also depends on space. And right now. We are full. What is the breed. Maybe can help find a place.
No
you can take it to the shelter. they'll probably try to get the cat to a different home but if no one wants to adopt the cat they will keep it. they have many cats that live at the shelter because no one will adopt them, and the cats are well taken care of there
Need to call 311.
I do believe u have to be accompanied by an adult.
Yes they will accept her. U can call and ask to speak with Cynthia. They normally dont open to the public until 1145am tho.
Honestly I think it varies on the animal. The cat i love in the shelter would only cost me 100
https://dognkittycity.org/2/about-us.htm If you go to their website it'll explain intake policy, it's by appointment only
Adoption from a humane society requires a donation of around 200 dollars and a light background check. This ensures that the animals are going to a safe and loving home.
call animal services I did for my cat who was in distress trying to birth first litter. They came in 30 min.
You should contact them and see if they could help you.
U have to show up and talk to someone. Be there by 7 to show ur initiative. They should be there or be getting there by that time. Another place is Dog and Kitty City in Dallas. They do community service as well. They need help. Talk to Cynthia at that place tho.
They have a couple
Good question. I don't know. I'll have to call it and see if I'm able to get through. What was the # you dialed so I can see if it the correct #?
I think there were probably 1000 cats in there.
Hi Vickie!where do you live? If you live in Dallas county the SPCA offers low cost neutering/spaying or even free for some zip codes. Let me know if I can help with somethong else.
We paid 100 for cat adoption, but I'm sure they have some lower prices. This included all the shots, neutering, etc.
