My puppy stayed there this past weekend I just picked him up Sunday night. I will never come back here and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I received a text Saturday morning letting me know that my dog had diarrhea And they asked me If I was OK for him to see the vet. I said yes. The last text I received says “ I will keep you updated on the vet visit when she arrives. Other than the diarrhea he is doing totally fine!” I never received another text. I also had an email that said vet was necessary if it persists so I assumed The diarrhea stopped and he was doing OK. I picked him up tonight and was handed 3 different medications that I was never informed about and they had no I also brought food with meidea what he was taking. The woman that handed me the medication after me being confused asked me to verify that the medication had his name on it, it did. She could give me no instruction as to what he was taking. She told me someone should’ve called me. Then she told me “I would suggest not giving him any thing until the GM calls you tomorrow morning” Because IF The medicine was his he would’ve taken it at 6 PM when they did meds. There were two pills gone in one of the packs so I’m assuming that he had medication but they couldn’t even tell me if he had taken anything when I picked him up. They just handed me an invoice and $183 bill. The invoice Had two shots on it, a consultation and 3 medications. I also packed food for him every day. They handed me a big bag of his food back. I made a comment oh wow he must not of eaten while I was picking him up. Now that I’m looking over this invoice I see that they also fed him a different type of food without letting me know. I am appalled by their lack of communication with me and with their staff. If I am scheduled to pick up my dog I expect the person that I’m picking up from to know something about my dogs stay. The woman was nice and apologetic but All she could tell me was they were going to have the general manager call me first thing in the morning. Edit*** they refunded my stay and the general manager tried to call me I was still pretty upset so I didn’t answer. I did call the vet directly and talked to her. She assured me that this is a rare occasion and they typically make sure to inform the parents. Honestly I would not of been upset yes the people that I picked up from could just read notes about my puppy. I think what happened was an accident and not the norm based off of the reviews and the vet but there should be checks and balances. There should be notes about every pet especially if they see a vet so that whoever is checking the dog out can read it. I don’t care if they personally took care of the dog or knows anything about my puppy or any dog. All they need to be able to do is read notes. I Think of my dog as my family and if I drop my kid off at daycare there are notes. There should be notes about my dog

I’ve been taking my dog Andy for 2 years for day care and boarding! He basically jumps out of the car and sleeps for days when we get home.

We are so very sorry to hear that your kitty needs a temporary home. However, we do not house cats. We provide daycare and boarding for dogs.
Not that I know of, their web site is great and the staff is great. Go drive by with your dog and take a tour. I board my dog there a lot. 🐩🖤
Yes in order to get a bath your baby would need to do daycare as well!
